R&M Building was founded by two entrepreneurs both focused in providing their client with three main Core Company Values - Quality, Timeliness, & Effective Communication.

Naturally, Ryan & Michael both envisioned a company where these ideals would actually be upheld.
After working as associates for many years, Michael & Ryan pulled the trigger and formed R&M.
- From a small rural residential neighborhood in the sand, to custom homebuildilng on the coast, Ryan & Michael have always upheld these Core Values no matter the size of the project.

Ryan brings the "New Construction" element to the business with the expertise in Multi-Family & Residential Home Building. After focusing his career with a Top Five Nation Builder for many years, he specialiazes in New Construction Management in all forms.
Michael Pamfilis
Co-Owner
Michael has many years of experience in the highest form of custom building and remodeling. From working with Clients on the Florida Gulf Coast, to full renovations and home builds in the most prestigous neighborhoods on the coast, Michael ensures the upmost elegancy in all of his projects.
